Description
The 3 in 1 (cTnI/CK-MB/Myo) Rapid Quantitative Test is designed for fast, accurate cardiac biomarker analysis in patients with suspected acute myocardial infarction or chest pain. It simultaneously measures cTnI, CK-MB, and Myo, which are essential markers reflecting different stages of myocardial injury.
- Troponin I (cTnI): Released into the blood 4–6 hours after myocardial infarction, remains elevated for 6–10 days, serving as a late marker.
- CK-MB: Appears in blood within 4–6 hours post-AMI, peaks at 18–24 hours, and normalizes within 2–3 days, indicating mid-phase myocardial injury.
- Myoglobin (Myo): A small cytoplasmic protein that rises within 1 hour of myocardial damage and peaks within 4–8 hours, acting as an early marker.
By detecting these three markers simultaneously, clinicians can evaluate cardiac injury comprehensively across time stages—early, intermediate, and late—enabling prompt diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of myocardial infarction.
