With a fast heating rate of up to 12.5°C per second and a reaction time of less than 30 minutes for 40 cycles, this compact device delivers accurate quantitative PCR (qPCR) results with exceptional efficiency.
Its modular configuration offers 2, 4, or 8 independent detection channels, supporting multiple assays simultaneously while maintaining precise temperature control. The system features four fluorescence dyes (FAM, ROX, VIC, CY5) for broad multiplexing capability.
The QPT1000 is engineered for user convenience with QR code scanning for reagent setup, a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen, and a built-in thermal printer. It operates on a stable Linux system, includes USB and Wi-Fi interfaces, and ensures consistent performance with a temperature uniformity of ±0.5°C.
